Howard T. Phillips Jr. Supervisor of the Town of Haverstraw The Supervisor's Office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Supervisor's Office is located at the Haverstraw Town Hall, One Rosman Road, Garnerville, NY 10923 The duties of the Supervisor are to oversee Town Government. The Supervisor is the Chief Fiscal Officer of the Town and is responsible for a total Town Budget of $33.7 million dollars. The Supervisor oversees all Department Heads with the exception of Elected Officials. Town Board Meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month. The Supervisor's staff consists of:
